When will my credit card be charged?

We will not charge your credit card until the Sensor Hub is ready to ship.

When will my Sensor Hub ship?

Our goal is to begin shipping pre-orders in mid 2017. Because of all the unknowns with developing a new product, we cannot promise a ship date, but we will try our best to stay on schedule.

Will Automate Green provide updates of the project's progress?

Yes. If you place a pre-order, you will automatically receive an email to sign-up for our Hub mailing list. We will send updates to the mailing list once or twice a month. We do not like to read marketing emails and like even less to write them, so we promise to respect your email.

I did not pre-order a Sensor Hub. Can I still get updates?

I no longer want to receive email updates. How do I unsubscribe?

How do I update my shipping address?

How do I cancel my order?

I never received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

When you place an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email you entered. If you did not receive the email, please let us know by emailing us: support@automategreen.com.

Do you charge a fee for the service?

The Automate Green Standard plan is FREE when you own a Sensor Hub. If you pre-order a hub, you will also have access to the free Automate Green Standard plan at the time you place your order. Pricing for advanced plans can be found here.

The Mobile 3G Model model requires a monthly data plan. The data plan cost $6 per month per Mobile Hub. Currently this is only available in the United States.
